A performance of words and movement

I wrote Upside Down in a Hoop - a memoir during lockdown.

I pitched the idea at a writer’s conference of reading extracts from the book as a performance accompanied by dance and aerial hoop. It was met with such enthusiasm that I had to give it a go, and I performed the first stage in my studio many times throughout last autumn.

This is stage two, more ambitious and made for a bigger space.

Who knows what stage three will be.
